Technology projects for large companies
We work with large companies that need to automate offices, industrial buildings and plants, protect them and connect them under the same criteria at every site. One technical point of contact, phased projects, full documentation and maintenance afterwards.

What a large company needs from its integrator
| Need | How we respond |
|---|---|
| One party responsible | One technical contact for all systems and all phases |
| Own standards | We follow your specifications, approved equipment, labelling and documentation format |
| Several identical sites | A standard design that is repeated and supervised from one dashboard |
| No interruption to activity | Phased work, in planned stops or out of hours |
| Independence | Open standards such as KNX and handover of programs and drawings |
| Continuity | Maintenance, remote support and later extensions |
One project instead of several suppliers
In a large company, automation, cameras, access and the network are often contracted separately and at different times. The result is systems that do not communicate, duplicated containment and several maintenance contracts. Designing them together allows infrastructure to be shared, supervision to be unified and one party to answer for the whole.
How the work is organised
- Meeting with maintenance, IT and health and safety to set requirements and priorities.
- Audit of the existing installations at each site.
- Project with scope, phases, schedule and itemised budget.
- Pilot site to validate the design before repeating it.
- Phased roll-out, with tests and a handover certificate for each phase.
- Maintenance and periodic review of results.
Documentation and ownership of the system
Each installation is handed over with drawings, an equipment list, network addresses, backups and the control programs. Passwords and administrator access remain with the company. This way the system can be maintained, audited or extended without depending on a single supplier.
Frequently asked questions
Can you take on projects across several sites?
Yes. We work with a standard design validated at a pilot site and then rolled out in phases. Our usual area is Valencia and its metropolitan area; for other locations, please ask.
Do you work with our IT department?
Yes. We agree addressing, network segmentation, remote access and security policies with IT before installing anything.
Do you adapt to our purchasing and health and safety procedures?
Yes. We provide the company documentation requested and follow each site’s coordination of business activities.
Do you offer a maintenance contract?
Yes. We define the scope with you: periodic inspections, remote support and on-site assistance. Terms are set in each contract.

A technical standard for several sites
When each site was installed by a different supplier with different criteria, maintaining them costs twice as much. A technical standard avoids repeating decisions and mistakes at every opening.
