Self-monitored or monitoring-centre alarm

With Ajax you can receive alerts and photos on your phone and decide yourself. If you prefer a monitoring service that alerts the authorities, the system connects to an alarm receiving centre, a service provided in Spain by licensed security companies. The required security grade depends on the type of site; our guide explains it.

Does Ajax need building work?

The Jeweller wireless line needs no cabling: detectors run on batteries and talk to the panel by radio. For new builds there is the wired Fibra line.

Does it work if internet or power is cut?

The panel has a battery and several communication paths, such as Ethernet, WiFi and SIM, to keep sending alerts.

Can it connect to a monitoring centre?

Yes. Monitoring is contracted with a licensed security company; we leave the system ready for it.
