Energy savings and regulation
In an office, lighting and climate control account for most of the electricity used, and part of it is spent on empty spaces or outside working hours. Automation acts exactly there: it turns off what is not in use and adjusts what is.
In addition, the European Energy Performance of Buildings Directive, reflected in Spain’s RITE regulation, requires building automation and control systems in non-residential buildings with heating or cooling systems above 290 kW, where technically and economically feasible. We tell you whether your building is affected and what scope it needs.
New build, refurbishment or office in use
- New build or fit-out: we take part from the design stage, with the engineers and the contractor, and leave control cabling in place.
- Refurbishment: we reuse existing containment and renew the control floor by floor.
- Office in use: we work in phases and outside working hours, with wired or wireless solutions as appropriate.
- In every case we hand over drawings, an equipment list and the programming, so the system does not depend on one person.
One dashboard for the whole building, or several sites
The facility manager sees lighting, climate, access and energy use on one dashboard and is alerted when something goes outside the expected range. If the company has several offices, they can be supervised together under the same criteria. We use open standards such as KNX and DALI, so the system can be extended or maintained with equipment from different manufacturers.

Can an office be automated without stopping work?
Yes. We plan the work by zone and outside working hours. In finished offices we consider wireless solutions or ones that reuse existing containment.
Which system do you use in offices?
Mainly KNX, an open standard, with DALI for lighting regulation. Other solutions may suit small offices; we decide according to size and building work.
How much is saved?
It depends on the starting point, the working hours and the type of installation. We give no general figure: we estimate savings with your office’s consumption data before presenting the proposal.
Does it integrate with access control and cameras?
Yes. We design access, video surveillance, network and automation as one project so they share infrastructure and are managed in a coordinated way.
